General Services
Our general services provide network administration and maintenance. We are here to fix any problem that may come along. These services do not cover extensive projects that must be evaluated. Hardware that may be required to fix a problem, of course, is not covered either. Visitations may be set up for activities that don't involve full time administration, but may need a technician on-site on occation. An example: backing up servers and storing backups off-site.

Special Services
Our special services are assessed on a company's needs and may either be based hourly or by the entire project. Below is a short list of potential projects:

Services Performed
We strongly believe that we deliver superior services and commit that each service performed will be free of any defects. Any equipment we work with should be left in it's proper state with no unauthorized access.

Non-Branded Products
We are NOT a standard reseller of other manufacturer’s products. However, we will sell other manufacturer’s products at the price we pay for it if we are to install and configure a such product. We believe that the products we sell to our customers are of top quality. Keep in mind that we highly recommend that you pursue any warranty claims through the original manufacturer first, as any work performed by us will most likely void the manufacturer’s warranty.
